The PC1 sustainer is an OEM part made by Floyd Rose for Jackson.
It's the only 18 volt system currently being made and it simply kicks ass.
Very powerful when compared to the Sustaniac or Fernandez systems.

Do you know how much the Floyd Rose sustainer system costs?

Have you ever played with one? Can you describe the functionality?
I only need one more guitar.

          I own a PC1.
The sustainer in it cannot be bought anywhere.
Jackson doesn't sell them by themselves and Floyd Rose doesn't sell them either.

The functionality is similar to other Sustainers.
It has a fundimental and harmonic mode.
The unique part is the pickup selection capabilities and its power.
This thing will shake the whole guitar when cranked up.

Do you know how much of an up charge it is for the sustainer on a custom ordered Jackson?

Last time I checked it was a $900 up charge.
I'm sure it's less now, but still very pricey.

That price just seems way too high. If it is, then I'm guessing royalties, or limited production is the reason.
