DK2M Pickup question.

Has anybody put a d-activator in the bridge position on their dk2m? a guy at work wants the jb out of the bridge and trade for a d-activator. I've never personally tried a d-activator and was wondering if it's an "upgrade" or a waste of time. I play stuff like metallica, slayer, etc...metal type o stuff.

I think pickups are just something you have to try out to decide if you like them or not. What one may deem an upgrade, another may see it as a downgrade. For instance, there are a ton of people who love and hate the JB.
