    Super Dinky Student?

    Hi my friends!!!!

    I need some help identifying a particular jackson import... I think this is a Super Dinky Student ( http://audiozone.dk/guitargallery/in...1993Page08.jpg ) but check the neck plate & serial...

    Not the student guitar you linked to. The HSH pickup configuration and headstock don't match.
    The Stars neckplate is confusing, as all the Jackson Stars guitars I have seen say Jackson Stars on the headstock as well....
    Jt-580LP...dot inlays.....Stars neckplate.....I'm guessing parts mutt?

      Definitely a parts mutt. That neck is not even made in japan; the 12th fret dots would be closer together.

          Not any that I know of. I doubt the serial would tell you anything useful in regards to this guitar either.
