Not sure ... but i have the Demmel V and the RR24M ... and i have to say the Demmel V neck is thicker then the RR24M ... more beef on the Demmel V

so it doesn't have a speed neck. Thanks for the info. I had the rr24m and thought the neck felt too fat. The demmel must be a beast.
