PS-4 Neck?

I have my eye on a guitar with offset dots like the ones that come on a PS-4, but this guitar is 2H. Did Jackson make a 2H version PS with a PS-4 type neck or is it most likely a parts mutt?

It's either a Dinky Reverse or DR-3
They came with offset dots as well.
