That's a KV5FR. I didn't think those came with a bound neck?!?!? The only thing missing is the "Made in USA" sticker under the clear coat.

Each time one of these new bound ones comes up I start drooling. It's amazing how fast the guitar changes in my mind from "horribly overpriced" to "maybe I should get one..." just because of the addition of binding.I like maple fretboards. :PComment

IMO the pro series (excluding the RR3 and KE3) should have binding, all the Pro series Dinkys have it, even the X Series DXMG has it (Looks absolutely awesome aswell ^_^) the Pro series just comes at the sort of price that says high class imports and you don't even get binding... >.<Originally posted by Confuse-a-Cat View PostGear

I saw a KE3 w/binding at my local store a while back. Sold quick too.
I have a DXMG too. I think the reason I got it was I wanted a reverse pointy with inlays and binding. It just looks really good on any Jackson guitar.

where did you purchase this from? Not finding anywhere online that show pictures with binding, guessing they wouldn't even think to update pics even if they were selling ones with binding.Comment

man, I'm having a hard time deciding between getting one of these in black or bolted steel(for about $120 more).
