RR3 or PS-3 Professional

Which guitar is a better bang for the buck,I came across these 2 guitars at a pawn shop, the RR3 has Seymour Duncans,Jackson Floyd copy sharkfin inlays.
The PS-3 is string thru, Jackson pu's,dot inlays,they both have a good price.
Should I just get both of them.And sell/trade one here.
