Do 2010 made Jackson RR5's have binding?

I'm thinking of buying a RR5 in the near future, but only on the condition it has neck/headstock binding. I think it looks ugly without. I saw a thread that said new (2010/2011 etc.) model RR5's have binding, aswell as the KV5FR/KE5FR/SLAT3 models. Can anyone clarify this?

only heard of one rr5 with binding. The other some do some don't.
the rr5s were supposed to get binding this past year.

I just bought a brand new KV5FR and it does *not* have neck or headstock binding. So far the only KV5's I've heard of with binding are the ones with the rusted metal graphic.
