Is the JSX94 like a Stealth?

I just bought the HX and the EX and found a JSX94 and it looks like almost the same guitar. By the pictures, it looks like the same guitar with a different imput jack location. $150 with the chainsaw case sounded like too good of a deal to pass up.
Has anyone played the Stealth and the JSX94? Are they basically the same guitar? Do they have the same neck and body shape???
It should be a good addition to my stealths.

I dont know for sure but i think the jsx is closer to the hx but more teardrop feeling. I know a few guys on here has one
