I'm been lurking here and looking to pick up a jackson since I started playing a couple years ago. Finally got my first one! No binding, but I don't care for the bolt graphics so we have boring black. Really like it so far, also my first trem and this floyd was really easy to set up and stays perfectly in tune. Definitely a step up from my LTD, will need to upgrade amp soon to do it justice.

I quite like it, feels thin but not too thin. I haven't played other jackson's so I don't have a good comparison to make. But it is similar thickness to my LTD, but a few mm wider.

-Another thing I noticed, there is considerably more hum while not playing compared to my other guitar(also has jb/jazz). It doesn't appear to be a grounding issue since it doesn't get better when touching the strings. I have a noise gate so no big deal, but are jackson electronics typically noisy?
