DR3 with Valley Arts FL and Kahler

I picked up this DR3 and it has a odd tremolo on it
Above the strings says
Valley Arts
licensed under Floyd Rose pats

and below string say
Made in
USA by
Kahler

Is this the stock trem for these? I know Valley Arts where pissed at the quality of its samick made guitars did they have a stint with Jackson?

The DR3 I had was Jackson lo-pro equipped. I'd guess someone changed yours, if it works good thats all that matters.
