Question about Jackson import neck...

I bought a Japanese made Jackson neck off ebay.
It says on it the following:
2004 11 06 and "dxmgtsp" is stamped on the neck

Questions:
(1) Is the date of the neck november 6th 2004 or June 11th 2004?
(2) Is the nut made of graphite or plastic? I guess the neck comes from a Jackson DXMGT-SP guitar, but I don't know if some of these had plastic nuts or all were graphite.

1. No idea on the date. Could be either one. I'm leaning towards November.
2. Plastic. "Phenolic Resin" is the clinical term, but it's still plastic.
