  • Jackson color codes from the late 80s/early 90s catalogs

    I'm looking at the Soloist Pro and XL (both being of the Professional line obviously), what do these represent?

    MBK = Midnight Black?
    DMB = Something Blue?
    BC = Black Cherry?
    DWR = Something Red?
    PW = Polar White?

    Thanks!
    Paul

    MBK - Metallic Black
    DMB - Dark Metallic Blue
    BC - Black Cherry (same as the Model series)
    DWR - Sure it's not DMR? - Dark Metallic Red. If it's DWR, I'd say Dark Wine Red.
    PW - Polar White (since Gibson had Alpine White and Snow White was too common - same color, different brand-recognition)
    I want to depart this world the same way I arrived; screaming and covered in someone else's blood

    The most human thing we can do is comfort the afflicted and afflict the comfortable.

      Thanks! Oops, you're right, it is DMR. Prefect. At least I know what I'm looking for now. Thanks!

        Xyrium, here are some codes from a '92 catalog:

            Thank Henrik (jackson1), he's the one that put all the catalogs + more on his site!
