I just purchased a new js32 Rhoads and it has serious issues right from the start. It has horrible fret buzz on the low E string even when picked open. You can fret it at the 1st fret and get buzz underneath your finger, fret it at the 2nd get buzz at the nut, 1st, 3rd and 4th fret. Fret it at the 4th and it rings true through out the neck. I raised the strings to 2 mm at the 12th fret on the low and high side screws of the bridge and it still does it. I even raised the strings up as far as they would go for the heck of it and still buzzed open and when fretted. I gave the neck some relief from loosening the truss rod and cleared up the buzz when picked open but now the higher frets buzz from 16-24. Note: that when the strings where lowered and raised and when the truss rod was adjusted I re tuned the guitar each time. It has sort of a forward bow in frets 1-5 that I cant straighten by tightening the truss rod all the way. Any suggestions.

Start over.
Seriously.

Take it all apart and go from point one.
You'd be amazed at how many times I've done this and the
problem either suddenly goes away, or presents itself specifically
as one area to deal with.

Get that tension off the truss and let it settle.

I don't understand how you can fret at the second and get buzz at the nut.
