  • Can u recognise this?

Hello, can u look at this guitar?

The guy who selling it told me that this is DKMGT Limited Edition.
    Is that true?
I can buy this guitar for about 700 $

    ps. sorry for my grammar

Its a DKMGTFF. $700 is almost 3x too much. They werent limited, just a 3 year run. They are however a little hard to come by, unless youre CG88. Ive got one, heres pics:

It's a DKMGTFF... not limited edition, discontinued edition more like it.
Check out the 2003 Jackson catalog... page 33.

      Not worth $700 either.

EDIT: Twitch beat me to it...

Yes, they sold new for around $700, IMO, $350 top dollar, but usually around $250- $300 is about right used. Yes, MIJ, but EMG HZs and the EMG Afterburner.

These prices for if the guitar is in the United States. Maybe the OP is in a, um, foreign land?

I see what youre saying, but if hes living in a country where our currency is weaker, then he should make an offer in his native currency.

EDIT: This doesnt sound right. Even if his native country were England, the thing would still be over priced in US dollars and his deal in Pounds would still be high. US dollars are US dollars. If its not worth $700 USD here, then its not worth $700 USD ANYWHERE.

                ...if only

Prices here in EU are always above US prices
A regular DKMG (new) costs roughly €800 ($1100)

€490 (aka your $700) for a 2nd hand jackson isn't strange around these parts

not sure what country you live in but 7 bills is too much, as others have noted. i'd wait for a better deal--even if you're living in a place where guitars are rare.

patience will reap reward.... you'll find a better deal if you can wait.

                      I'm living in Poland.
New DKMGT Dinky cost 4000 PLN (2,8 PLN = 1 USD)
I can buy this guitar MIJ, emg 81/85 for 2000 PLN with hard case.
So i think its a good deal. I dont know the USA prices ^^

Ahh, so your money is worth more but stuff is more expensive in general, so really, your money is worth less because your products are worth more over there.

Given your location, I suppose $700 USD is not too bad, but remember, you are buying a used guitar that is approximately 7 years old.

If you absolutely must have plastic flame inlays, you may not find a better price in Poland. However, if you don't care about the inlays, a DKMG or DXMG with similar specs should be easier to find and less expensive.
