I had a Demmel PDX for a week or so about 2 weeks ago, overpriced, but despite its Indian decent, it wasn't a bad guitar. Neck was thicker than a Professional and it didn't have the same heavy chunk riffs you get from older jacksons.. It was a sig so your going to put out a few more bucks...I would say $400 is a decent price to get it for if it is clean. I think replacing the EMGHZ for say Alumitone Deathbuckers would be a huge step in sound quality
