Nice guitar and good price. And welcome!!
    Thank you for welcoming me!

I clicked on the link you provided and saw they were selling one used for $383 dollars, which I thought was high... after reading the product description, I'm convinced that they smoke crack over at musician's friend

"Specific details about this product/instrument: Neck is not correct for this model, not original gigbag, minor scratches under strings and by tailpiece plate."

It reads like a bad ebay listing haha.

      This is DXMG, not DKMG.

Take time to browse the Import Jackson section and read the posts already there.
You will be thus be properly "girded for battle".

Oh, and look out for Peeps.
        all excellent advice.

Most recent MIJ bolt-ons serials start with 9 and are 7 digits long.

The year should be printed in the neck pocket.
I want to go out nice and peaceful in my sleep like my grandfather, not screaming and hollering like the passengers in his car.

The model should also be printed on the neck heel.
                    Really? well screw Mark Twain.

Don't go there...you might not want to know!

And thanks to Ron for clearing up the "9" hint.
I'll give him Grammarian 'cause he makes it up with actual useful knowledge.
