DXMGT with Smurf Hats

Hey all, question about the Smurf Hat DXMGTs. I have one, usual stuff, tobacco finish, hard tail, HZs, etc. My question, was this headstock offered on a production 22 fret model? The 3+3 is really growing on me however a 22 fretter would be my preference. thanks.

The only production SLS model with 22 frets was the USA version.

Ty Toejam, these were the sculpted tops correct?

No prob. I've never owned one, but I believe they have a slight arch to them.

If memory serves me the DX6 was 22 fret with the 3X3 headstock. Some were Japanese made and some were Indian made. I like the headstock also.

It's not a Smurf Hat dammit! ESPee had a smurf Hat, as does Caparison, but the SLS headstock looks nothing like a fucking Smurf hat!

Also look at the AT models AT1, AT1T, AT2T, not an SLS but a bolt-on archtop with 22 frets and 3x3 h/s

Thanks for the info guys. More possible guitars to choose from. Newc it is a smurf hat, with a kink in it.

Newc is right, it's not a Smurf hat. Smurf hats have a rounded end, not pointed. The old ESP Horizon headstock is a Smurf hat.
