i bought this beast thinking the neck was a 24 fretter and i had an idea for it...turns out ebay and beer dont mix lol. anyway she was in bad shape in the pics...she was in much worse shape in person so i thought to myself its time for a relic job.

the bridge though pitted and worn is looking very out of place, im thinkin ill build her for now and find a more fitting bridge and tuners for her, im thinking brass or gold. i normally am not into relic or relicing stuff but this piece was the perfect candidate in that it was far to worn for a good refinish.
new pickup is a vintage super distortion. she has a good raw worn feeling neck with some nice darkening like he headstock has. the trc removal shows the difference. in person the raw wood on this axe is very weathered and rich looking. not sure why but im startin to dig some of the relic stuff.
