Help ID KV ?

Hello everyone,A workmate of mine recently picked up a KV,serial no200703683,he paid 250 sterling and would like to know;country of origin,year etc and if he did ok,its in mint condition and came with hardcase.Also would like to say how cool,friendly and knowledgeable this community i've learned loads since joining,keep up the good work everyone,nice 1!
