Ah, I didn't realize they had a model named that. I would probably like that pickup. Truth be told, the Jazz is by far my favorite neck pickup for clean sounds.

I used a J90C in my DKMGT and it was fine.
I do not have the midboost though.

Why is mine an arch top and yours looks like a flat top?

I guess it's just the angle of the pic and the way I set up the flash. It is an arch top.

What is Interesting to me with the archtop is that the volume knob actually impedes my picking hand a bit which I've never had happen on any other Jackson/Charvel I've played. On the bright side I've been working on not using my pinky on the top of the guitar as an anchor point and this will help me work on that.
