DXMG vs DKMG

I don't think so. I forgot the DKMG's were arch tops.

Arch on the dk. Depending on which dk actives w 2 controls or hz's w afterburner(3 controls). I personally like the dk inlays better than the dx and if I had to choose I would go for a 2 knob dk.

Wouldn't that be on a left-handed model? Just swap necks? Logo would probably be upside down though.

The necks are diffrent, the DK has a rounder thicker backshape. the DX is bassword and I thought the DK was adler(not 100% sure thought). The DK is reverse headstock too unless it's the GC limited edition. The DK comes in better finishes the trans black is killer.

I had that exact neck on my old KE3

No binding though, you wouldn't be into that.

I prefer the DXMG neck. In fact, a DKMG body with DXMG neck would be a good idea. Put some Duncans in too.

Neither are as thin as a DK2 but the DXMG has a flatter D profile like the Dk2.

I did something very close to that after ups broke the neck on the DKMG I sold. I had a litle edition Jackson neck that the only thing different was the nut was Korean floyd so the shelf was deeper. If I can find a picture I'll post it.

That is nice. I saw a used one like that for $300 but with a DKMG neck. At least i think it was like that, couldn't tell if it was a trans black or some kind of trans brown. My LTD 7 stringer is a trans black and it's actually got a lot of purple in it.
