I think it would look better with black hardware.

I was tempted to buy the crimson swirl body off of ebay but he's asking too much. I'd mate it to a flamey DXMG neck I have kicking around.

My dkmgt has a pretty flamey neck as well. I guess they just got some in and used it from time to time. I like the whole guitar too much to take it off for a project though!




Thats a nice swirl. I'm a chrome guy but I dunno, I think the crimson swirl needs dark hardware to help the finish stand out. Some oil/conditioner on the fingerboard will help darken up the rosewood a bit too, which will also help the finish pop some more.
