Opinion on a JRR-94 Concept Rhoads

Found this on ebay, asks for 299 USD, no hard case. (+shipping 120?!)
I really like it, but I don't know how much does it really worth, I'm guessing $200 tops.
Any Ideas about the price?or extra info on these Concept series?
I read somewhere that they were produced just for one year in Japan, and are really good guitars.

These were $400 new. lower end. OK pickups cheap hardware.

You can find a RR3 for the same price ($300, no shipping if local) on CL on a regular basis (with real SDs). I'd look for one of those unless you really don't want the floyd.

In my collection i still have 2 JDR94 and a RR3 (2004 model).
From my experience i would say if the JRR94 is as good as the JDR is than it will be the better guitar in terms of playability and tone.
Maybe upgrade the pups and the trem and you will have a very ground solid player.
