I mean, does the neck dive down when it is let go?

All the import jacksons I own and usa alike balance fine. I also use schaller strap locks on everything. Which I think helps also.

Most of the neck through Jackson Rhoads don't have problems with neck diving.
But they tend to tilt forward (away from the body) a bit because of the position of the left pin and the
fact that your strap will be twisted.

I have one and dont have any neck diving issues but like StealthPro said it tends to twist away from your body which I dont mind at all.
