I decided to drop a gold OFR I had in my Dinky XL which went without a hitch. But when I went to change the tuners, the ones I had do not quite line up with the holes on the XL. But it's too close to really drill new holes and I'd rather not that do that anyway. These tuners line up fine on another Jackson neck that I believe is made in India so this caught me off guard. Is this a fluke or are the sizes actually different? Does anyone happen to know what tuners might work?

What type of tuners do you have? I just replaced the tuners on my SL3 with some Wilkinson ez lock tuners and they fit fine. -
They're ping. The angle for the screw is correct, but it's a little too long so the screw hole in the wood is covered. These tuners line up perfectly with the holes in another Jackson import neck I have.
I think I might like the black better anyway so maybe it's just going to be easier to get a black OFR
