I can't find it in any catalogue or google this model. Why do you think so?

Did you look at any of the links I posted?
One of them had a model number and one that I didn't post claimed the model was from 1995/96.
Google works if you now how to use it.

Of course I look at links you posted. But there is a little problem. I can sell this guitar under any name I feign, "Grover Jackson Tripletits Pepsi Cola", for example, and then somebody who will want to find some information about this guitar will tell, that it is Grover Jackson Tripletits Pepsi Cola.
I can't find any other link except your that it is "ST55".
Ideally, I would like to find a link to a catalog with this guitar.
                    In any case, thank you.

Looks like a cross between Jackson, Carvin, and GMP to me.

Body looks VERY Carvinish too. My father went to Japan al his life for work reasons. I have a couple of old Jackson Charvel brochures. They're not here with me right now, but I will scan the related pages (with my cell phone , cause I don't have a scanner available). I clearly remember seing this guitar in some of them.

that headstock, especially from the back, looks a lot like the new GMW headstocks......with some slight variation

To me it looks like the Dean "sharktooth" headstock, minus the curve on the tip.
