  • ps2 question

Can anyone tell me what years the PS2 Performers were produced? I would also love to hear any opinions on the quality & feel of these especially in comparison to the Japanese dk's produce in the last decade or so.

    Thanks

I still have a PS-2 sitting in the closet.
Modded slightly, but a great player. My only complaint about them is the JT-500 trem, mine was replaced ages ago.

I had one for a while. They are not bad guitars at all especially since it's not unheard of to find them for under $150.

I thought the Performers were made in Japan? My Kelly PS-6T is made in Japan for sure.

Performer series were made in Japan and Korea from 1995 to 2000. If you want to know in which country the guitar was made, you have to check a 7-digit serial number on neckplate. If started from 0 or 1 the guitar was made in Korea, if started from 9, was made in Japan.
