I have a chance to get a 93 Jackson dinky rev pro. I know it is a import not shure from where, I think Japan I was just wondering where in the world of Jackson guitars it stands not price per say but on guality.

My favorite Japanese Jacksons are the maple board Dinky Reverse models from the get go. Great guitars.An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind.

They are nice..Not real thin necks not real thick, you have to know there are more then one model of the dinky revs pro so some have jt580's some jt590. the earlier the better IMO.if it has a JT590 stock on it, its probably gonna be nice.I know the old saying that the value of an opinion is generally inversely proportional to the strength with which it is held.Comment

580 is the Jackson licensed with the long OFR style string lock bolts in the back. 590 is the MIG Schaller with short fat string lock bolts.Every man dies... Not every man really lives!!Comment

What size locking nut came stock on the 1994 Dinky Reverse Professional with the stone finish?
The one on mine measures 1 11/16. I believe it is an R4 and it appears to be the original.
I have been looking for an R3 locking nut so, I'll have narrower string spacing but haven't been able to find one. Anyone have any suggestions where I might locate one?
