Charvel legend pricing?

I've only seen one legend for sale ever.... it went on ebay for 500.

I've wanted to get a legend neck so I can make the Savatage Streets guitar.

Is 500 about what its going to cost to track one of these down? Are they so rare that the sellers can ask a lot of money for them?
