    Of topic:::

    My daughter said the other day "Daddy, I think you should sell the Gibson and buy another Jackson, that way you can have four Jacksons"... I said, "Absolutely!!!.. That's my gal" It gets about zero play time these days

      I've never been crazy about reverse headstocks. I don't know why, but in my mind it feels different when accessing the first three frets as a normal headstock guitar. Probably all in my head...

      Now I saw a Dk2 that I am eying for the same price...what to do???

          Many of the features people mention they don't like are opposite for me.
          I like the revvy headstock, the archtop, the piranhas, and especially the neck profile.

            +1,also ,if u play with the pickup height and find the sweet spot,the HZs sound pretty good,the afterburner works well when the battery is fresh,downside is the batts dont stay fresh fer long

              I have a DKMGT 3 knobber and those HZ's didn't last long. Right now it's got a Full Shred bridge and Pearly Gates neck. I kept the afterburner circuit in and it works great with the Duncans. I'm not a fan of the reverse headstock (love the looks, hate re-stringing and tuning) but otherwise it's a great guitar. I grabbed it for $500 because it had some awesome flame maple for the neck.

                Mine is DKMG Trans Red with two knobs. Got it from a cop in Buffalo for $350 with HSC. Originally had EMG 81B/85N combo which got replaced with 85B/60N combo. This kicks some major a$$. Actually the trem is pretty nice - stays in tune very well. Not the OFR but what is? I only wish that it had the same neck profile as my other DK2. Anyone whant to trade necks? LOL...

                  Yeah theres a couple on GC for like $200 really cant lose at that price. I personally would go for a 2 knob with real EMG's. To me less on the face is more....uh wait that didnt read right lol. I like simple and IMHO the DKMG has one of the best neck profiles out there

                    The DKMG neck profile is my personal preference. I like DK2 profile more because it's thinner. But it's just me...
