Seriously the best I could suggest for a quick fix would be to try to put a shim under the low e side of the neck. That should put a lil twist in it and it may give you more room on the high e side.

it's not warped. it's a simple problem. if the neck is straight, just change to a narrower nut like r2. that will do the trick.

I did a whole thread on the upgrades I did to my SDX do a search I'm sure you will find it.
Mine had a BN 4/5 nut so I put an R3 and it solved the problem.
The original mounting holes had to be doweled and re drilled closer to the end of the fretboard because if you use the original holes there will be a gap between the nut and the fingerboard.
The string spacing is perfect now and it plays great no pulling off on either E string.

                Thanks for the info!

So there's not a direct replacement nut with a narrower spacing? I really have to drill new holes?

Not that I know of Marcelo.
Its not a hard thing to dowel the original holes really pretty simple.
Place the R3 under the strings get the two E strings where you want them and drill a small pilot hole then drill with the proper size bit and you're done.
The holes you will have to drill are just are a little closer to the fingerboard to keep the nut snug up against the fingerboard.
If you leave a gap the intonation will be off and the nut will probably move around under tension.
The nut has to be up against the fingerboard.

Well, I ended up selling the SDX, but I told the buyer about the problem and gave him a 42mm nut for free. I'm used to do some mods on my guitars, even refretting and stuff like that, but I didn't want to modify that guitar because I wasn't going to keep it for much time. I'm trying to get an older Charvel now.

Anyway, thanks for all the replies. This is a great forum.

I'm going to pick mine up today. It played real nice the other day but I'm going to take a better look before I take it home. I bought a used one. They had a new one instock but it had a lot of issues. The biggest one being the Floyd itself. It was not floating at all. It was sticking. You could push it down or pull it up, and it would stay there. We took the cover off the back and shaft of the bar was rubbing up against the body route. The used one was in better shape and was discounted $100.
