It's a pretty even trade really, as long as they're both in the same condition. If you're looking for something comfortable, don't get a pointy guitar, get one of those headless ergonomic things that seem to be all the rage these days.
But in terms of balance, the RR would be better for you; Kellys do suffer from neck dive while RRs sit right where you put them. Also, even though the RR has 22 frets and the Kelly has 24, on the RR you can actually REACH that high up the fretboard!
