Stealth tuners - smaller than others? / also, nut size

I am in the process of replacing all the chrome hardware on my stealth with black hardware. I have a set of black tuners laying around from another guitar that I wanted to put on the stealth, but the tuners on the stealth appear to be smaller in size where the mounting screw holes do no line up with the new tuners. (the new tuners are farther away from the post than the originals) If I wanted to buy replacement tuners, what should I look for?

Also, anyone know what the nut size is on the the stealths?

The nut should have a letter/number on the bottom (r4, r3 exc). The tuners should be gotohs
