The rosewood on the black HX would pass for ebony in the pics.
I'm one of the few Jackson players that only play string thru models.
Yes, it's very dark rosewood. I saw it in a Venneman's Music Emporium newspaper/flyer sent to my house back in '94, and I just had to have one. They've never been featured in any Jackson catalog, but Kevin Easton who used to work for Jackson said only about 100 of them were made.

I had a red fusion HX with the 3 hums and string thru it was a bad ass guitar.
I knew the only made 100 total I wonder how many 3 hum models were in that run?
had a sweet 94 Kelly pro in green metalflake pearl logo and sharks/ebony board.
Put it up on Ebay and it lasted 20 min.

I thought the 3-hum model was the Stealth HX. There was also a Fusion HX?
