  • Warrior Pro garage Refin......

Thought I'd share the refin I did on my Warrior Pro I almost sold to RobRR. I had a good amount of GM code 23 Nassau Blue metallic left after selling the 99 Vette.

    What started out as this:

    Then became this:

    and finally this:

Original Armstrong neck pickup, TB4 bridge pickup, 3 way blade, 1 vol, 1 tone, kill switch.
Transitioning from Retired Musician from cover bands to a Full time vocalist/frontman/guitarist in an original and covers band....it's been a while and this should get NASTY!

Glad I still have her Rob. I find I like her a LOT more in this color.

Thanks. It actually was pretty fun. I was a little worried as this was the first neck thru I ever tried to paint. I painted bolt-on bodies and car parts, but when it came to the tape off for the Fretboard, Binding and Head Cap I wasn't sure about my tape lines. After all is done, they were fine. The actual painting was great. Ultra thin coat after ultra thin coat then 2 coats of clear. When the weather warms up I'm going to rub the finish to more of a glossy shine.
