    Hi -

I was (re)-looking at the SDX with maple fretboard and I remembered awhile back that there was an issue with the high E string being close to the end of the fretboard. Has this been fixed with the maple boarded guitars?

    thanks

    Jeff

Not sure if it's been corrected by Jackson, but changing the nut to an R3 will help the problem according to a member here.
Though, it's understandable if you're not willing to go to that length.
