What's up, y'all. I have been working on a project guitar using a JDR94 body, combined with a MIJ Fender Strat neck and a Floyd Rose II tremolo. For several years I've been piecing together different Strat parts to make my own custom guitars. I piece them together, wire em up, set em up, and play em for awhile until I decide take them apart and make something different. I've never had intonation problems before, but now using the JDR body, the intonation is way out. Even though I have been doing all of this piecing together I am definitely no tech, so does anyone have any tips or ideas on what might be causing this and how to fix it. Thanks for all of your help!
