Finally got what I wanted. Now next thing is to change pickups to Bare Knuckle Juggernauts. Does any one know where to get new chrome plate with only screw holes that I can configure how I want to install volume pot and 3 way switch in it?

Very nice!
You can always get 3/8" plastic plugs from a hardware store to fit in the tone control hole.
