  • Jackson DK2 Tremolo backing plate...where can i find one?

I just happen to come across a mint Jackson DK2 in transparent amber at Guitar center,how-ever i noticed it was missing the tremolo backing plate on it.Anyone know where i can find one?A part # would be cool.I've been searching high and low for this guitar, since i gave mine away, and always loved that guitar,I even traded in my Ibanez RG320 in on it.

I'm sure one will pop up on ebay eventually. Most people leave them off to better access the springs since tension has to be adjusted often.

Go to www.fretsonthenet.com . He sells back plates and custom made parts for Jackson/Charvel.

I'm pretty sure I bought one from AllParts and it fit my DK2 perfectly.
        A Charvel CX592, Jackson JS20 and a Jackson DK2, amongst others....
