I was just wondering if anyone else had any options on how to fix this chipped piece in my Jackson Kelly Guitar. I talked to Sully and he suggested graft a piece of wood on to the end and shape it to match. I was just wondering if anyone else had any idea's. I have posted pictures of the damage.

Nope, I don't have the piece that's missing or I would have just glued it in. The guy I bought it off of, bought it off a guy in Germany and had it shipped here to Canada, it was this way when he got it, so the piece is long gone somewhere I Germany lol. I would leave it, but don't want it to get worse if I bang it. The black front still has the point.

I've had luck just going to WalMart or some place like Home Depot and getting a little yellow can of maple or mahogany wood filler. I've even done it without any glue. Just smash some of that filler into the damaged area, let it dry and come back with some sandpaper and shape it out. If it doesn't stick, add a little glue.
In fact, the last one I did looked exactly like yours before the repair.
