Yeah, you're right. Maybe just down to the lower build quality of the SDX? I dunno, what are the USA versions of Adrian's sig model like in that regard? Anyone got one?
From Googling images of these, it looks like all the other versions have the truss rod bullet on the headstock? Was there a run that came without that, like mine and Voice X3's?
I'm at work, so I just went to my FB page and yours is indeed much closer than mine, and mine does have the rosewood filler (I guess that's the bullet?) where the truss rod would be on a top adjusting point.

Nope.....It came this way. I don't know if the previous owner swapped it, they said it's a 2012 and I don't think they came like this.......

Apparently some of these have the skunk stripe on the back of the neck too. According to this video by Paul DiAnno. His comments on the bridge made me think "WTF" since Jackson used licensed versions for years and years....
