Help identifing the gutiar I am looking at, year and country of origin

I am looking at possibly purchasing another guitar. He is asking $150 for it and has had it about 8 years. Just wondering where it was made and any other info is appreciated. Posting pictures of it and the serial number. The serial number appears to be 20061210 and not sure about the last digit. Perhaps a c or a 4, don't know.

That's a 2006 Indian made JS30KV King V. They sold new in North America in the $300 ballpark. $150 is a fair price.
