  • Jackson X Series Nut

Question you fine folks! I am replacing the nut on a X Series Soloist. So the original nut is labeled R43-350 - the only info I can find is that it is an Ibanez nut, anyhow when I searched for it I didn't get much info. Also - I know it's a Floyd Rose "Special" bridge on this guitar - which is basically a licensed quality Floyd but made by Floyd Rose still. I was told the 1000 Series and Special were the same nut, but I am doubting that. I tried an R2 and an R3 from the 1000 Series. Neither would fit, the R3 sat too high, the R2 was not wide enough on the neck, string spacing seemed off.
Anyhow, not sure if it is a regular Original R3 or an R2 - the radius of the neck is 10" as shown in the photo. If anyone has any insight on what I need to do here cause I am going to have to get a 3rd nut. Thanks for your time and input in advance.

Jackson nuts are different than OFR in height. Any Jackson R43 nut should be a direct replacement.
