I'd say more midrange. The old Performers aren't as nice as Professionals, but they're better than the entry level JSs

I thought those were budget before JS. But yeah, not too informed. I thought these were under CX.

That's a Strat body. PS7's were only Dinky bodies to my knowledge.
I'd say a mutt, or non North American model.

Come to think of it, I believe they also came with a Wilkinson trem and not that vintage-type.

That's why I thought it was extreme budget build. Some extreme budget builds did come with a vintage type trem, but I'm not sure if this is one of them, but it is very possible that this is a non USA market guitar or a parts guitar.
