Pleasantly surprised by my new toy. Having become a USA Jackson snob/hoarder since I bought my Death Angel 13 years ago, I haven't paid much attention to the import lines and the ones I've played haven't really impressed me for the price point. However I pulled the trigger (total impulse buy) on a Dave Davidson Pro WR7. Been having a blast. Sounds great, dig the custom pups for sure... haven't been able to stop playing! I'm long overdue for a family shoot so I'll try to get some pics up this weekend...

Waiting for the pics mate That Dave Davidson Warrior is a super rad guitar. But, they went with Mahogany on the Pro version, and the USA version is Ash. So, wouldn't the tone be quite different? And thank god for the Ebony fingerboard. If only they did the same with the Corey Beaulieu model, I'd have bought one!

Sorry bout the pics, shooting for tomorrow! Yeah I've had and still have some imports made in Korea and Japan especially that own quality you can feel. I found that to be lacking in the Indonesian guitars I've played prior to the DD. I'm actually going to grab a couple Solars too from Ola just because i'm such a fucking guitar junkie and can't help myself lol. What can I say. Metal is life, life is guitar.Hear the universe scream
Bleeding from black holes
Whom horns careless
And whom God mourns
