  • Replacement saddles for a 96 MIJ dinky

I have a customer at my shop who recently brought in his Dinky for service. He wants to get new saddles on his Floyd. We talked about getting some OFR saddles on it which he liked the idea of the upgrade. My concerns are with the radius of the Jackson neck vs a full set of OFR saddles. Also, this guitar does NOT have the jt580LP. The string locks on the trem were full length through the back. Will saddles #0 and #1 be what we would want? The #1's for the G and D strings and #0's for the rest? Or should we go with a full set of either?

    Any help would be great!

Edit: The tremolo on the guitar is the jt580, just not the low profile version!

Get the full set + shims, or 2 lows for the E-E, 4 mediums for the rest, shim the D-G and E-E out to around 18-19"
