Truss rod cover

Anybody know where I can get a Mark Morton truss rod cover, some yahoo changed and I would like the original one.

Unlikely Fender has them, so a custom made one would be my choice.
Could be a tall order.
I'd suggest going on the forums and hounding every owner until someone gives in.

I personally remove all my truss covers...I'd sell you one if I had it.
