Alright kids I just picked up an RR5. A beauty I might add. After a thorough cleaning and a restring to 11s I notice on fast stops the strings ring between the bridge and the v plate on the body. I put some felt on the strings to dampen the sound but I swear it never did it before. It tuned to D standard and I had tried to retune and stretch the strings but no change. I'm honestly just being picky but I don't exactly like staring at a piece of felt wrapped around my strings. Is there a hidden way to dampen the noise? Or possibly a fix someone has come across? I appreciate any help!
