Truss rod size for 94' Kelly Pro

Hey guys, been a while. All my research led me to believe these suckers take a 7mm wrench, so I bought one off amazon and it doesn't fit my kelly.. or.. any of my other jacksons. It's too small. Did they send me the wrong wrench, or did I get the sizing wrong? is it actually 8, or something like that? Should I just buy an entire set and try them all at this point?

shouldn't be difficult to check the size of the wrench, even with a basic ruler.

sometimes getting the wrench on the truss rod nut initially can be a bit tricky. make sure you're trying to engage the head of the wrench on-axis with the truss rod, or else it will seem like it doesn't fit
